Use the contact form above and select "Bug Report" as the subject. Include as much detail as possible: what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Screenshots are helpful if you can attach them.

How do I submit my own picks to PickSignal?

You can submit picks directly through our Submit page after creating an account. Our AI will independently research and analyze your picks. Your results are tracked publicly on the Leaderboard.

I'm having trouble logging in or accessing my account.

Try resetting your password on the Forgot Password page. If the issue persists, email us at picksignal@cloudreply.net with your username and a description of the problem.

How does PickSignal settle picks? One of mine seems wrong.

We use multiple data sources (FlashLive, The Odds API, and web verification) to settle picks after games complete. If you believe a pick was settled incorrectly, email us with the pick ID and the correct result, and we'll investigate.
